Feng Shui is the science of placement of our home in relationship to the environment and the shape and arrangement of the interiors to improve harmony with the world around us. While many schools of Feng Shui exist, in this workshop we'll introduce basic concepts and considerations of Feng Shui and principles to consider to promote health and well-being.  

Instructor: Corinne Chaves, LMT
Corinne has been practicing mindfulness and meditation techniques since she was a teenager. Even when working a corporate job and raising a family she continued her studies and practices, gaining insight into Vedanta (yoga), Taoism, Buddhism and other spiritual schools. She respects the challenges we each face in transforming our inner dialog to be clearer and more supportive of returning to our true selves

​After a divorce and an abrupt exit from her career in construction management, Eryn set out on an unlikely odyssey with a one-way ticket to India. She left the U.S. with only two intentions: to find her highest self and a new creative path for her future.

How she came to find peace and well being in an unlikely place: silence. 

Facing Freedom, is an account of her twenty-eight month healing journey across five continents starting with a one-way flight to India. In her book she recounts the transformative people and experiences that elevated her to a place of sustained contentment and true happiness. These were traits that eluded her in the life she left behind. 

 Step by step, breathe by breathe and with every border she crossed she was working to become whole again.
