June 16 ~ Stretch and Strengthen Body, Bones and Brain with Tai Chi!
Bone Stretching Qi Gong is a powerful sequence of exercises designed to open, stretch and strengthen the kidneys, joints, tendons, ligaments and bones. In Chinese medicine the kidneys are considered to be the primary holders of our energy and life force. They are responsible for the health of the central nervous system (brain and spinal column), the teeth, hearing, bones, thyroid and reproductive system as well as the urinary system. Bone Stretching Qi Gong benefits all of these systems and is also highly recommended for those with osteoporosis or osteopenia.
