Cindy has been the proud owner of Massage Associates of Atlanta, LLC from its founding in 1998. She received her Professional Massage Therapy Certification from the Atlanta School of Massage. In addition, Cindy is certified in Neuromuscular Therapy, Foot Reflexology, Master Level Reiki,    During the summer of 1997, Cindy served as the Team Massage Therapist for the "Georgia Pride" Women's Professional Fastpitch Softball Team.

Cindy has 20 years experience in massage education. She is  an NCBTMB approved Continuing Education Provider, as well as the former Assistant Director of Education for the Integrated Massage and Deep Tissue Therapy Program and Department Chair for the business and marketing curriculum at Atlanta School of Massage. She continues her affiliation with the school as a Program Advisory Committee member. She has also designed and taught Adult Education classes through Fulton County and Clayton State College and University.

Cindy was the facilitator for the Fibromyalgia Support Group in her community and enjoys speaking to businesses, special interest groups and non-profit organizations about the benefits of massage therapy and related wellness topics.
 

Her commitment to massage therapy is also manifested in volunteer leadership with the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) for over two decades. Cindy served as Chapter President for AMTA-GA. She is currently and AMTA National Director.

In addition, to massage therapy, Cindy is a Certified Level 2 Qi Gong Instructor and Certified Life and Business Coach. She enjoys sharing wellness information as a guest speaker and her three years writing a monthly column  for Our Town DeKalb.
